In the repair and service shop the employees know all the common commercial vehicles like the back of their hands. The term “Meingast-garage” is equal to an efficient repair center: repair and service performances for trucks, lightweight trailers/bodies of every kind and brand as well as repair of suspension springs in the company's spring forge. We can offer you inspection of hydraulic and electric structural parts for trucks, a modern brake test facility and metal driving in our cutting and bending centre. Also for straightening of frameworks and modifications as well as for repair of accident-caused damages, loading bridges, van bodies, semi-trailers, trailers and hydraulic platforms of all brands Meingast is the specialist no. 1. The range of facilities offered is completed by the electronic department for motorcars and a joinery.

Top-skilled employees, grown up with the company and placing their knowledge at Meingast's disposal since centuries, easily handle: modern brake technics like ABS, EBS for trucks and trailers, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, §-57-A inspections for commercial vehicles, car trailers, heavy trailers, semi-trailers and inspections of hydraulic platforms according to OENORM M 9602. Of course no vehicle leaves the 15.000 square meter large company premises without the final examination by the foreman. Our proved schedule and the extensive spare parts inventory enables us to reduce the time required for repairing – equal to your waiting time – to a minimum.

Sandblasting facility on 17 meters

“Sandblasting unlimited” at Meingast means: Sandblasting in one of the most efficient large-capacity sandblasting facilities measuring 17 meters. For the individual machining of thin-walled sheet metal parts or heavy steel constructions. For further processing two spacious lacquering cabins are at disposal. A very positive aspect: all processes are executed in the most eco-friendly way possible.

The brake testing facility reflects the most modern equipment at Meingast. We take care of the required safety for commercial vehicles; for the complete inspection of trucks, semi-trailers and trailers a special brake service has been installed. Meingast's customers are used to reliability and will be attended promptly.
